**NEXUS DTF Printers & Equipment
Return, Damage & Replacement Policy**
At NEXUS, our DTF printers and equipment are imported directly from our manufacturing partners in China. Due to the nature of international freight, customs handling, and specialized equipment, the following policy applies to all printer and equipment purchases.
Inspection Upon Delivery (Required)
Customers are required to inspect all equipment immediately upon delivery.

If visible damage to the crate, packaging, or equipment is present at delivery, you must document it immediately.

Take clear photos and videos of:

The external crate/box
-
Internal packaging
-
The equipment itself
-
Any visible damage
-
Do not discard packaging until the inspection process is completed.
14-Day Damage Reporting Window
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to report shipping-related or mechanical damage discovered during inspection or initial setup.
This 14-day window exists so NEXUS can:

Investigate the issue

Assist with diagnostics
-
File a formal damage claim with the freight carrier within the carrier’s 30-day claim requirement
Damage reported after 14 days may not be eligible for replacement.
Required Setup & Virtual Inspection (Within 10 Days)
To properly identify mechanical or shipping-related issues:

Initial setup must begin within 10 days of delivery

NEXUS will provide virtual setup and functionality verification
-
This process helps determine whether the issue is:
-
Shipping damage
-
Mechanical defect
-
Setup or operational issue
-
Failure to begin setup within this timeframe may void eligibility for damage replacement.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are issued.
This policy exists because:

Printers are imported internationally
-
Shipping, customs, duties, and handling costs are built into the equipment price
-
These costs are non-recoverable once the printer ships
Replacement Policy (If Damage Is Confirmed)
If damage is verified as shipping-related or mechanical:

The customer is responsible for shipping the equipment back to the manufacturer in China

NEXUS will cover the cost of shipping the replacement equipment back to the customer

Replacement will be processed once:
-
Damage is confirmed
-
Required documentation is received
-
The damaged unit is returned as instructed

Required Documentation for Damage Claims
To process a claim, the following is required:

Photos and/or videos of the damage
-
Images of original packaging and crate
-
Serial number and order information
-
Participation in virtual diagnostics with NEXUS support
Incomplete documentation may delay or void the claim.
Immediate Action Required
If damage is suspected at any point during delivery, unboxing, or setup:
📩 Contact NEXUS immediately
Do not continue operation of damaged equipment until instructed.
Policy Acknowledgment
By purchasing NEXUS DTF printers or equipment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return, Damage, and Replacement Policy in full.
