NEXUS DTF Layaway Policy

At NEXUS DTF, we are pleased to offer a flexible layaway option to help our customers secure their purchase with ease and confidence.

🔒 Non-Refundable Retainer

A non-refundable retainer is required to initiate a layaway order. This retainer locks in the current sale price of the product and guarantees product availability at that rate.

• The retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances and serves as a commitment to purchase.

• This amount will be applied toward the final balance due.

💳 Flexible Payment Schedule

Customers may choose a flexible payment schedule that works best for their financial situation. NEXUS DTF does not impose fixed due dates, giving customers the freedom to pay at their own pace.

📦 Shipping and Fulfillment

Products on layaway will not ship until the full balance is paid in full. Once the final payment is made, standard processing and shipping timelines will apply.

❗ Chargeback Policy

By initiating a layaway plan, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy and understands that:

• The non-refundable retainer is not subject to dispute via chargeback, as it represents a reserved product price and contractually agreed-upon hold.

• Any attempt to initiate a chargeback on a layaway order where these terms were accepted may be considered fraudulent and will be contested with documented proof of agreement, payment records, and this published policy.

📩 Confirmation

Once the layaway order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent with a copy of this policy and a record of your agreed payment schedule.
